Jen Alderfer

Co-Owner


Jen is a Souderton graduate and obtained a BS from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor. She has been involved in fitness for 20+ years and is passionate about finding ways to empower people to move. Jen is an RRCA run coach as well and is an avid runner in her spare time. Outside of Find Your Fit Studio, Jen can be found hiking, cooking/baking, binge watching shows and spending time with her family.

Kelsy Straub

Co-Owner


Kelsy began her fitness career after graduating with a BS in Exercise Science and jumped right into personal training. She quickly realized there was a large piece missing when it came to coaching clients on healthy lifestyle changes - nutrition. She went on to pursue a MS in Applied Nutrition, and has worked with clients of all abilities and ages for the last 10+ years, focusing on both fitness and nutrition for lasting results.

Bianca is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a BS in Science and a specialty in women’s health. Having participated in nearly every sport and experimented with extremes like CrossFit and intermittent fasting, she eventually discovered what many overlook - the power of a balanced lifestyle and hormone-conscious approach. This realization shaped her mission: to help women achieve real, sustainable results through strength training, nutrition, and hormone support. Bianca is continuously expanding her knowledge and takes pride in not just helping clients see progress, but maintaining it for the long term.  When she’s not coaching, you can find Bianca crafting iced green tea matcha lattes, sunbathing at the beach, or riding Segways up and down her driveway - because balance should always include a little fun.

Mary Yeh

Bianca Carbone

Mary is a certified group fitness instructor. Her specialties include cycling, circuit training, and strength training classes. Mary enjoys long distance running and has completed a marathon in every state! Her other interests include traveling, gardening, snowshoeing, and drinking coffee.

Her marathon mantra is "do what you can, just keep moving forward."

Nicole is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Nicole teaches a variety of class formats such as Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing, Weightlifting, Interval Training, HIIT, and Core Conditioning. Nicole enjoys actively participating with her classes and clients and encourag

Lorraine Cohen

Lorraine Cohan has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years with experience in Personal Training, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Barrelates, Hula Hoop as well as Senior Fitness.
She has lived in Harleysville for over 25 years with her husband and 3 children.
When not teaching fitness, Lorraine enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
