Jen is a Souderton graduate and obtained a BS from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. Jen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor. She has been involved in fitness for 20+ years and is passionate about finding ways to empower people to move. Jen is an RRCA run coach as well and is an avid runner in her spare time. Outside of Find Your Fit Studio, Jen can be found hiking, cooking/baking, binge watching shows and spending time with her family.

Kelsy began her fitness career after graduating with a BS in Exercise Science and jumped right into personal training. She quickly realized there was a large piece missing when it came to coaching clients on healthy lifestyle changes - nutrition. She went on to pursue a MS in Applied Nutrition, and has worked with clients of all abilities and ages for the last 10+ years, focusing on both fitness and nutrition for lasting results.

Mary is a certified group fitness instructor. Her specialties include cycling, circuit training, and strength training classes. Mary enjoys long distance running and has completed a marathon in every state! Her other interests include traveling, gardening, snowshoeing, and drinking coffee.
Her marathon mantra is "do what you can, just keep moving forward."
