In a one-on-one training sessions, our highly qualified personal trainers will work with you to evaluate your fitness level, determine your goals, and coach you through a tailored fitness program designed specifically for you.
One-on-one training is offered in 30 & 50 minute sessions.
All the same great benefits as one-on-one personal training - but with friends! Our semi-private training can accommodate 2-4 people.
Semi-private training is offered in 60 minute sessions.
